Description:
The key to successful management is gaining the involvement and commitment of team members in the vision, values, and goals of the team through effective communication. In this workshop, participants will learn the different styles of communication, how to tailor them to individuals, and the development of specific presentation and listening skills.

Objectives:
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify the various methods of communication and the advantages and disadvantages of each
  
• Discuss the impact of the elements of communication
  
• Choose appropriate words for communication effectiveness
  
• Develop a self awareness to improve interpersonal relationships
  
• Develop "active listening" skills to cultivate productive relationships
