Description:
As companies make the transition to high performance teams as a means to improve organizational efficiency and quality of work life, it is essential to make time for the necessary planning, design and training. If those elements do not exist, the transition can become chaotic. The goal is to make that transition as smooth as possible and to set the teams up for success.   • Team charter and vision
  • Measurement
