as a means to improve organizational efficiency and
quality of work life, it is essential to make time for
the necessary planning, design and training. If those
elements do not exist, the transition can become chaotic.
The goal is to make that transition as smooth as possible
and to set the teams up for success. And not only should
the transition be seamless, the on-going work and ultimately
the measurement of progress is essential to the total
success of the project.
