Description:
Leadership skills and positive reinforcement are necessary to gain effective performance from team members. In this workshop, participants will learn why people behave as they do with respect to their six levels of need. Checklists and activities help them learn what employees want from their jobs and how to create an environment that fosters productivity using the six motivators.

Objectives:
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
