In this class, participants will learn specific skills
to identify priorities, achieve worthwhile goals and
live a positive, stress-free life while effectively
managing their time.

their values and goals Develop long range and intermediate
goals Prioritize daily tasks and develop plans to
accomplish these tasks
- Improve
their planning process, increase self-esteem and productivity
resulting in a better balance of personal and professional
