Description:
Effective leadership requires both knowledge and skill. In this workshop, participants will assess their leadership potential through a discussion of leadership methods and the characteristics of each. Leaders will learn Image Analyzing to discover the characteristic make up of their team and Asset Focusing as a process to build team members' assets, strengths, and self image.

Objectives:
At the end of this workshop, participants will have the tools to:

• Identify the qualities of a visionary leader
  
• Assess personal leadership potential
  
• Choose the appropriate leadership style for the situation and individual
  
• Lead their team toward a positive self image
  
• Focus on positive assets of team members when coaching for effectiveness
